All artwork produced by Pet Poster Pro Studios is digitally generated parody of pop culture genres — including (but not limited to) dinosaur-epic, aviator-action, cosmic sci-fi, vintage Hollywood, and fantasy worlds. Each finished portrait casts your pet as the star of a stylistic homage to a familiar movie genre.

Original characters, titles, franchises, trade dress, and styles remain the property of their respective rights holders. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any film studio, TV network, comic publisher, or motion-picture rights holder. Any resemblance to specific copyrighted characters or trademarked properties is a parody reference to the broader genre, not a representation of, or substitute for, the original work.

If a generated piece happens to evoke a particular franchise, that resemblance is the same kind of homage that any costume, fan art, or parody poster engages in — and is intended only for personal display and personal use by the customer who commissions it.

What We Do (Service Description)

Pet Poster Pro Studios is a digital generation and custom-printing service. We accept a customer-supplied photo of the customer's own pet, generate a one-of-a-kind digitally produced artwork that places that pet within a stylized scene of the customer's choice, and then print the finished artwork on physical media (poster, canvas, or framed canvas) on a per-order basis.

We do not maintain stock inventory of pre-printed artwork, we do not sell standalone digital files of any pop-culture property, and we do not resell or redistribute the licensed properties of any third party.

DMCA / Good-Faith Infringement Notices

We respond to good-faith claims of copyright or trademark infringement within 48 hours. If you believe content offered by Pet Poster Pro Studios infringes a work or mark you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please submit a notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed
• A specific URL, listing ID, or order reference for the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Customer Use

Artwork commissioned through Pet Poster Pro Studios is intended for the customer's personal, non-commercial display. Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the finished artwork in a manner that would itself create downstream rights issues with any third-party franchise or mark.

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
